The ToothBooth now has a Dental Membership Program to patients not currently covered by dental insurance. We want to help you prioritize your oral health and our program allows for a complete continuation of preventative care, regardless of your insurance situation.

For Children 12 & under

$250/year

  • Routine cleanings (two per year)

  • Routine oral exams and cancer screenings (two per year)

  • X-Rays

  • Fluoride Treatment (two per year)

  • One emergency exam per year (if needed)

  • 20 % off all additional regularly priced services

For adult patients with regular dental cleanings (no periodontal disease)

$350/year

  • Routine Cleanings (two per year)

  • Routine oral exam and cancer screening (two per year)

  • x-rays

  • One emergency exam per year (if needed)

  • 20% off all additional regularly priced services .

For patients with periodontal (gum) disease

$700/year

  • Periodontal maintenance cleanings (3-4 per year as determined by your dentist)

  • Routine oral exams and cancer screening by your general dentist (two per year)

  • Bitewing x-rays

  • One emergency exam per year (if needed)

  • 20٪ off all additional regularly priced services
